Wheeled over to your table in stainless steel carts unique to the establishment, you can have your choice of prime rib cuts including the King Henry VIII Cut: extra-thick cut for those with large appetites, House of Prime Rib Cut: smaller than the King Henry, but still a generous cut, The English Cut: for those that feel that a thinner slice produces the better flavor.
