"Great Location & Hotel- A Gem!"
We stayed at Hotel Diva for four nights this August. We were arriving from New York and arrived early (10.30am), initially we were advised we couldn't check-in until 3pm but were able to store our luggage. After a few further moments, the friendly desk clerk advised she could get us into a room. We were so happy.

The room was on the 6th floor facing street level, a bit of noise but didn't bother us. The room was clean and a great size, queen bed with plenty of room for our two suitcases. We were briefed on the free internet and coffee in the morning, two bonuses in my book! Starbucks was just next door, but the free coffee was great for the pep-start for the day ahead.

The business center was great, on one of our last days I needed to print out some documents and was able to pick up the key from the front desk to utilize the computer & printer.

The location was perfect, just a block and a half from Union Square. I recommend the Pine Crest diner down the road, their breakfast is fantastic! There is a wait to get a table, but well worth it.

"Great hotel in a convenient location"
I stayed at the Diva for one weekend during my trip to San Fran. It was very conveniently located, close to Union Square and shopping. The staff there was incredibly friendly and helpful and the decor was very trendy. The bed was also really comfortable! Overall, I enjoyed my stay there and would recommend this to my friends.

"We Loved Hotel Diva"
We stayed 4 nights at the Diva, after having stayed there 3 nights last summer. We found the 7th floor rooms extremely comfortable, clean, and the king sized beds with toppers are awesome. The hotel is in a great location and the staff makes it all worth it - they are all wonderful, friendly, helpful and accommodating. They gave us great directions to places and recommendations. We truly enjoyed being there. I found the morning coffee way too strong and bitter, but I see others have liked it, so it's a matter of taste. Free internet service in the rooms was convenient and easy to access. I am very fussy about hotels and generally do not like them, but I was very comfortable staying at Hotel Diva.

"Lovely Hotel, Perfect Base"
Stayed for 4 nights. Great location, staff helpful and friendly. Rooms clean and trendy décor with the most amazing comfortable bed ever! Slept like a baby!

"Great Location and Value"
The hotel has a great location, just a few blocks from the BART stop. It is in the middle of everything. If I walk one way I can get all the fancy stuff, if I walk the other way, I can sample all the low cost neighbor restaurants. The hotel has free wifi, if you did not bring your computer, there is an internet room that you can go check you email, nice!! The room was basic with a very modern and simple line, but very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Hotel clerk was very helpful. I paid less than $100 in March 2009-good value for downtown SF. I would definitely stay again next time I am in town.
